Building foundational knowledge and improving core correctional practices alongside criminal justice agencies across Colorado. 〰️

Our trainings are designed with criminal justice agencies and supervision professionals in mind, and can be tailored to the specific needs of a program or staff development goals.

With our expertise in forensic psychology and in-depth knowledge of the body of evidence demonstrating “what works” in correctional intervention, we understand the critical role supervising agents play in helping our community and our shared clients. Research has demonstrated time and time again that training supervision officers to improve their use of core correctional practices has strong efficacy in helping to reduce recidivism outcomes for justice-involved individuals.

In our role as Forensic Therapists, we are uniquely attuned to the challenges faced by correctional and community supervision staff and aim to provide the building blocks to improve both collaboration and consistency between clinical providers and supervising agencies in addressing clients’ needs.

Our current rate for trainings is $100/hour.

"Doing things well makes a difference. This is true in almost anything we do in life. If you don't do it well, don't expect good results. And it's certainly true in corrections...Even with evidence based programs. Very significant effects, but only when competently delivered. If they're not delivered competently, they actually produce negative effects. This is why program integrity is so important."
